  A leading local charity has been forced to make urgent changes to a new Seymour Park sculpture celebrating the abolition of slavery following complaints that the work was offensive.

  Action for a Sustainable Old Trafford!
  Trafford Council has awarded environmental charity Action for Sustainable Living funding totalling £47,000.

  The strange mystery of the tuna fish phantom.
  There have been fishy goings-on in Seymour Park for the past six months. Every morning, as regular as clockwork, between the hours of 6am and 6.30am, someone has been leaving out an open tin of tuna fish!

It is a hazard to dogs, cats and wildlife respectively,” Eileen explained. “The jagged edges cut tongues and lips and injure the animals”
