  Axe hangs over Harry Lord
  A council review of residential care for the elderly has resulted in a plan to close Old Trafford’s only publicly funded care home.  By Laura Middleton and Carlota Pla Luna

   Where are our Christmas decorations?
  Christmas is here again.  If you walk around Old Trafford, however, you might not feel it.  There are no Christmas lights hanging from the lamp-posts or even a Christmas tree.
